The Village of Orland Park’s Centennial Water Park, located at 15600 West Avenue, marks its 22nd season this summer. Centennial Water Park debuted in May, 1992 with the grand opening of the 192-acre park being celebrated on July 5, 1992.

The Centennial Water Park outdoor facility includes a lazy river, body flume slide, drop slide, tube slides, platform jump, lap lanes, and a zero depth pool with a kiddie structure. ***The Centennial Pool drain covers are all compliant with safety standards according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. None of the drains in the water park were affected by the recent nationwide recall of pool drain covers. ***
Along with specific hours for open swim, the pool offers swim lessons, lap swim, splash parties, pavilion rentals, late night swims and Family Fun Events. A complete schedule appears in the Orland Park Recreation Department’s Spring/Summer Program Guide.
