Personal Training
Sessions
Personal training is the best way to learn how to work out or enhance your current workout.
  • Clients meet with a trainer anywhere from one to five times per week. 
  • Sessions are one hour long.
  • Sessions are scheduled individually through each trainer
  • Personal training request forms are available at the Sportsplex fitness desk.

Personal training programs are done for many reasons including:

Program Overview
  • Personal trainers will consult with you regarding your health history, goals, and fitness level and then design a program based on this.
  • They will then work with you one-on-one to help you attain your goals.
  • Your pilates instructor will work with you to safely increase your strength and endurance while working the deep intrinsic muscles of the core.
  • Pilates is a non-impact, full-body exercise that helps coordinate mind, body, and breath.
