We have revised our permit submittal/issuance as follows:
Permit applications can be emailed to; mailed via USPS, UPS or FedEx; or dropped off in the east side silver drop-box located in the circle near the postal box.

If they are large plans please drop off or mail in, do not email plans larger than an 11x17 size. We are open Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm. We are open 7:30am-7pm on the first and third Monday of each month (the same night as the Board of Trustee meeting).

Once the application has been reviewed and approved, you will be emailed and given instructions on how to pay online or over the phone. We accept all forms of payment other than American Express. Please note review times are likely to be increased due to the high volume of permits being processed.

Once everything is ready and the permit has been paid, the permit card and paperwork will be emailed to you if the permit does not have large plans. 


As of June 29, 2020 we will be performing all inspections. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines. For all inspections, if anyone on the job site is ill or has been in contact with someone who is ill, please cancel and reschedule. We ask that you limit the amount of people present for the inspection and please practice social distancing during the inspection.

As usual, the only way to schedule an inspection is online or email with inspection and permit information. We are not taking inspection requests over the phone.
